The
Folgarida Mid-Station
Not everyone can (or wants to) spend the entire ski
season away from home.
We are
always looking for enthusiastic people to join us
in Folgarida for the extremely busy period during
February half term: For 2009 you should be available
from Wed 4th Feb through to Monday 23rd.
Exceptional
holidays don't just
happen, it takes some very special people to ensure that our clients
have simply the best possible time they can in the
wonderful Italian Dolomites.
From the
initial meeting at the airport and right though their time in Italy, our clients can
expect your assistance with anything that will make
their stay with us more enjoyable. You will be
part of a great team of like minded people who are
all there for the same reasons, to work and play
amid the the snow, the mountains, the sun
(hopefully), the buzz and the atmosphere in one of
the world's most scenic locations. If you're
right for the job you will have the time of your
life.
To start
with, we do things a little different from the rest
of the ski industry so you will never be asked to
sell trips, evening activities, optional extras,
events, etc. Why? It's simple, we don't sell
anything to our clients - ever. Our clients
have already paid for their holiday and to charge
extra small amounts continuously throughout their stay in
Italy would be, to say the least, slightly
off-putting
You will
be assisting the resort manager in all aspects of running
the holiday experience, from accompanying clients to
the ski fit, sorting out any problems in the
hotels, joining in the evening entertainments, transferring
clients to and from the airports in Venice and
Milan - basically anything and everything - oh and
don't forget the skiing? (don't worry we will supply
ski school if required).
We
are in resort to assist (where needed)
the clients to have quite simply the best possible
ski holiday experience possible - it is the "Where
Needed" phrase that is another major difference in
our working practices from those of some other
companies. We believe that people should be
left alone to enjoy their holiday without
being continually hassled by holiday reps. But, we
are there if needed. The clients are informed
of where we will be and when, so they have
confidence that they can always come and see us if
they have a problem. Of course all clients
have access to a 24hour emergency telephone number
manned by the senior resort representative.
Basically it's a great job - are you up
for it?
We will
supply
Full training - Uniform - Full Area Lift Pass -
Hotel Accommodation - Meals (half board in the hotel
and an allowance for lunch) - Insurance - Wages -
Flight to and from Italy - ski school (if req).
