We have tried our best to give a clear, fully inclusive, cost for all our ski holidays, in fact, the only optional extras we offer are ski school and lift pass extensions.

The other "small print"

We don't claim to offer the absolutely cheapest holidays available - although we know for a fact that our costs are sometimes hundreds of pounds cheaper than some other tour operators. We offer what we firmly believe are reasonably priced holidays, that, as they are genuinely fully inclusive, offer great value whilst still being able to maintain the standards of quality we have built up in almost 30 years of operating ski holidays. We hope you agree.

The prices below do not include the new ATOL certificate charge. The cost of the ATOL certificate is approx. £2.50, although this may change as the rate is set by the Civil Aviation Authority. Due to a change in the regulations, from 2012 onwards, passengers booking a flight inclusive package tour must receive ATOL certificate with their Holiday Confirmation Invoice.

The price below does not include the cost of your lift pass deposit (€5 - five Euros). This will be added to your final invoice and is refunded at the end of your holiday.

	A deposit of £200 per person is required with your booking

	In some hotels there are rooms with single rooms which are priced as shown above. If you take a twin or a double room for single occupancy there is a supplement of £150

Optional Extras
	Ski School (age 7 & +) 2 hours per day (5 days), £95 For those arriving on Sat school will start on Sun, if arriving on Sun it will start on Mon.

	Lift pass extension - to cover the entire Dolomiti Super Ski area, £50. You will receive details of this with your holiday confirmation.

To comply with local regulations, we will require a good quality copy of the passport (number and details page) of all children aged 15 or under on the date of arrival.

We understand that our pricing structure is slightly unusual in the tour industry. We introduced this system in 2001, since then our bookings have increased every year, so it's obviously popular.

How we work out our prices.

We assume that everyone wants a ski holiday (sounds obvious doesn't it), so we include everything required to allow our clients to take a ski holiday in the Dolomites. As an example we don't consider a transfer from the airport to be an optional extra and we include, within the cost of the holiday, a flight, lift pass, equipment, etc. Of course there are a few people that will drive themselves to the Dolomites or will not want to ski when they arrive so, in these cases there are discounts available.

The next assumption is that everyone is in a family unit of four people. Of course this is not always correct but we hope you agree that it makes it much simpler to work out the cost of your holiday. As an example, some companies will charge children a lower rate than adults, whereas we simply add up the cost of this family unit and divide it by 4. So instead of children paying £8 and adults paying £12 we simply charge everyone £10.
